Window & Visual Merchandising
A production-led seasonal display program connecting sculptural FRP forms, gradient automotive paint, metal detailing, lighting and organized, protective pack-out.

Turn a lightweight seasonal concept into a durable family of dimensional display elements that could be repeated across store formats while preserving the soft, continuous visual language.
The build was separated into controllable fabrication packages: sculptural forms, finished basework, metal trim, illumination, graphics and protective transit systems.
Large curves were resolved as transportable FRP sections with concealed fixing logic. Base geometry, lighting access, metal interfaces and final assembly tolerances were coordinated before finishing.
Forms moved through shaping and surface preparation before blue-to-pink gradient paint. Metal edges, base panels, lighting and graphics were checked as a complete visual system before pack-out.
Each store set was protected, labeled and packed by module. Large scenic parts were stabilized in purpose-built timber crates for controlled distribution and easier field setup.
Inside the build
Not a material catalog. A connected record of how the design moved through forming, finishing, detailing, pack-out and installation.
Curved scenic elements are shaped, surfaced and protected as individual production parts before color work begins.

Blue and pink finishes are balanced for continuity, sheen and camera-readiness before final assembly.

Metal frames and trim are inspected for clean corners, consistent surface direction and accurate fit against finished components.

Finished scenic pieces are wrapped, stabilized and crated to protect the paint surface and simplify field handling.

FRP, paint, metal, lighting, graphics and apparel presentation come together at the store as a unified seasonal display.
