Large-Format 3D · FRP · Sculptural Props
FORMERA helps agencies, artists, designers and production partners turn defined characters, product forms and sculptural concepts into buildable objects—resolving scale, structure, sections, surface and shipment through our Shanghai engineering and production center.
Built behind your creative team
Your team owns the client, creative direction and approvals. We develop the manufacturing package, sample logic, production controls and protected handoff. White-label and disclosed production support are both available.
One controlled path
Every visual object is treated as a production system: what the audience sees, what carries the load, how sections connect and how the finished surface survives delivery.
Reference art, dimensions, finish intent and use conditions.
Model cleanup, scale review, sectioning and production geometry.
Internal support, molds, FRP layup or large-format printed sections.
Joining, sanding, primer, texture, paint and protective coating.
Fit, stability, color, close-range detail and photo evidence.
Separated modules, hardware, wrapping, crates and assembly guidance.
What engineering resolves
Scale changes everything. The production plan has to account for weight, wall thickness, internal load paths, handling, surface continuity and the final delivery route.
Source geometry is cleaned, scaled and divided around equipment limits, structural needs, visible seams and transport dimensions.
FRP, printed shells, foam, steel, wood and hybrid reinforcement are selected around quantity, use conditions and required finish.
Sample panels establish texture, sheen and color before large surfaces move through primer, paint and protective coating.
Parts are test-fitted, labeled and protected with the hardware, templates, crates and guidance needed at destination.
Responsible production
FORMERA engineers and produces from client-approved creative, models and brand standards. We do not claim ownership of third-party brands or characters, and we do not license intellectual property on a client’s behalf.
Before release, the project record should identify the authorizing party, intended use, quantity, destination and approval owner.
